Introducing Archer Rabbit

Thank you so much to everyone who made Archer’s launch day such a huge success! He is no longer available here for free download, as that was a one day special promotion, but he has instead found his way home to my webstore with the rest of my creatures! Again, thank you all so much for your comments, likes, shares, hearts, and all the rest! I would like to especially thank Riley Blake Designs, Girl Charlee, Jedi Craft Girl, Brooklyn Pattern Co., and Tina from One Little Pooh for their extra help in getting the word out. Don’t forget to share your finished stuffies with me and everyone else on Facebook or Instagram with the tag #ArcherRabbit!

Here’s the original post with all the details but (sadly) the free download link disabled….

I am so incredibly excited to introduce you all to Mr. Archer Rabbit, my latest (and greatest), PDF sewing pattern! To celebrate his launch day (which is definitely a birthday, right?) I’m happy to say I’m offering him for FREE DOWNLOAD today (March 16, 2016) only! I want as many people as possible to be able to use my patterns and test run them, if you will, to see the quality and clarity you can expect from each and every pattern in my shop. So without further adieu, say hello to Archer Rabbit by clicking → here ← to start your download!

Archer Rabbit PDF Sewing Pattern

Archer is so deceptively simple in his design but it took many many funky shaped muslin creatures to get to where he is today. He stands 13″ tall, has a cute little embroidered nose and lip part, and lastly two button eyes. All you need is a fat quarter of your favorite quilting cotton, a 6″x6″ piece of contrast fabric, and about an hour of your time to whip him up. He’ll make the perfect gift for no reason at all or, as the timing for his release might suggest, an absolutely perfect addition to any Easter basket. One of my favorite things is the fact that he’s great on his own or can be embellished in a multitude of ways! You can embroider the fabric before you sew it for some cool details like an inscription for baby’s first Easter, or what about clothes? Archer is just screaming for some clothes! I couldn’t help myself and cut out a cute scarf for one but I already have ideas for skirts, bowties, jackets, you name it!
